Especially useful during the menopause, use well diluted in a carrier oil for massage. Traditionally used as an insect repellent, antiseptic, astringent, deodorant, soothing agent & skin conditioner. Basic Usage Use in vapourisers, massage, lotions and creams and bath. Blending Blend with clary sage, frankincense, juniper, lavender, lemon, marjoram, pine, rosemary and sandalwood. Warning Notes Do not use on the skin undiluted. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use, or store, near an open flame. Use within six months of opening. If pregnant or suffering from any medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
