About Us
At Simply Aromatherapy we sell a wide range of natural essential oils.
Back Orders
If you item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Damaged Items
If you item is received in a damaged condition, please telephone us on +44 (0)1636 817894 to obtain an RMA number and we will supply you with the address for the items to returned to. Once these damaged items have been received, we arrange to either send you a replacement or to refund your account up to the value of the damaged goods returned.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order same of next business day. International orders are generally received in under seven business days, with European orders usually taking less than four days to arrive.
Guarantee
Our products come with a 'return and refund' gurantee which means that if you return them within 7 days of receipt in the condition they were received in (this includes sending the original undamgaed packaging), we will happily refund the original purchase amount (less shipping costs) or apply the amount as a discount for a new order.
Goods returned athat are not faulty are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked a few details that we will need to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the internet. Please take your time when entering your credit card details as we receive many orders with incorrect details. Please note that purchase will show on your statement as being from 'Workplace Support Services Ltd or WSS Ltd t/a Resolve'
Privacy Policy
Workplace Support Services Ltd trading as Resolve Shopping / Simply Aromatherapy do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Shipping and Handling
Resolve Shopping / Simply Aromatherapy offer a number of shipping options, which are shown at checkout. For orders under £35.00, a £2.95 shipping and handling charge is normally added, with express delivery and overseas items charged according to postal fees for these services. If you wish to place an order to be shipped abroad, please call to confirm delivery cost before using our checkout. Some items are flammable and may not be shipped overseas.
Tax Charges
